Springvale Estates was founded by JP McCormack, whose property career spans Prime Central London agency, management, training, consultancy and international real estate.

JP built his career through high-performance agency environments including Foxtons, KFH and Home House Estates, working with private clients, corporate tenants, landlords, investors and high-net-worth individuals before establishing Springvale Estates.

Today, Springvale combines that agency experience with an international outlook, supporting clients across Portugal, London, Dubai and beyond.
